The rate data displayed in the Service consists of publicly available negotiated rate information published by health insurers under the federal Transparency in Coverage rule. This data does not constitute Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA. Galvanic Health is not a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA with respect to the rate transparency data provided through the Service.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

10. Third-Party Links
